Managing Partners
Jimmy is an avid Real Estate investor and advisor, having closed over 220 properties since he first entered the market in 2014. Through years of experience as a Manager in Business Finance with JP Morgan, Jimmy's knowledge of economic trends and patterns, especially in regards to real estate, make him the perfect partner with whom to invest. He acquired a personal portfolio of rental properties in 2020 and quickly tripled the overall value of these properties using the very same strategies he employs on every investment he oversees for his clients and investors.
Jimmy attends Worth Baptist Church where he has taught the "Young Couples" Sunday School class for the past 11 years. He lives in North Texas with his wife of 20 years.
Jacob created a system of sales and distribution of mechanical tools and equipment in 2007 and it was here that he built his wealth. After growing his company, JCH Tools, to multiple routes and several distributors, he sold the company in 2020 and has focused solely on Real Estate development and investing since. He currently owns several rental properties, has successfully flipped dozens of others and is actively developing Broken Road RV which is scheduled to open in March of 2023.
Jacob attends Worth Baptist Church where he serves on the Security Team. He currently lives on a small ranch in North Texas with his wife and 7 children.
Advisory Board
Tyler has been investing in real estate for over 14 years. Today, Tyler controls over 2,000 apartment units, throughout 5 different states, with values north of $200MM. He actively sponsors and is a managing operator in new opportunities brought to market.
Ryan has used that knowledge as a Managing Partner to grow his multifamily portfolio to north of $200MM. Over the past 20 years Ryan has become a proficient underwriter which has been critical in mitigating risks, identifying opportunities, developing strategic operating plans, and optimizing overall investor returns.
With 15 year of Real Estate experience Todd is a Co-Founder and COO of Multifamily Mindset. This company provides essential education and support for entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills to acquire their own properties. Todd is a partner in over 2,000 apartment units with over $200 million in assets under management.
